Individual cheeseplates

This appetizer is the perfect way to serve a cheese platter, where no one has to reach across the table to get their favourite dish! Perfect for catering to dietary restrictions too, as each dish can be customised!

La Rochère Perigord glass bowls are the perfect way to showcase this wonderful appetizer.

Recipe

(For one cheese plate)

2 thick slices of manchego cheese
3 roughly crumbled pieces of blue cheese
1 tablespoon of fig jam
3-4 Rye crackers
Rosemary sprigs for decoration

Cut the manchego cheese into slices and crumble the blue cheese. Add them so that the manchego cheese is leaning against the glass and the crumbled blue cheese is in the middle. Add a spoonful of jam, a couple of rye crackers and a sprig of rosemary.

Tip: Add cranberries on top to create contrast with the other colours on the cheese board!
