DELIVERY

You will receive confirmation of your order in your email immediately after your order. If for some reason you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact e-mail at verkkokauppa (at) heirol.fi.

We will send your order within 1 to 5 business days and it takes 3-10 days to arrive.

Delivery and shipping costs inside Finland (€):

Free home delivery for orders over 120 €
Home delivery under 120 € orders is 10 €
Deliveries inside Finland to the nearest Post Office or Pick Up point 5.90 €
Free delivery to the nearest Post Office of Pick Up point for orders over 70 €

  • Shipments in EU outside of Finland 19.90 €. At the moment, we deliver to the Schengen area as well as England.

PICK UP A POSTAL PACKAGE FROM THE POST

It is normally delivered to the nearest Posti location where you can pick it up after receiving the arrival notice. Get instructions for retrieving by SMS when the packet arrives. Identity has to be certified when an order is received. An unretrieved package is not a customer return and there will be a 15€ charge for delivery fees.

PICK-UP FROM POSTI PACKAGE POINT

Get your order from the Post’s Voucher Selected. Get help retrieving by SMS when the packet arrives. See the location of the machines.

DELIVERY TIME

We will ship within 1-5 business days. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you. HEIROL will not be responsible for any delays or delays in the delivery of the Post and their consequences to the Customer.

SHOPPING BASKET

Our online shop operates on a shopping cart principle. The shopping cart is always visible on the top right of the browser.

In your shopping cart you can:

  • To change the order quantity for your product, enter the quantity you want in the box
  • Go to the product’s product page by clicking on the product name
  • To remove products by clicking on the icon in the row on the right
  • Add products to your shopping cart by going back to the product page and clicking on the Add Basket button.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: [email protected] . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

If the package or its contents are corrupted during transport, make a notification about it when you receive the package.

HOW TO ORDER

Log in to your online store with your own IDs. You can also make an order to sign in or create a customer account. Order products by adding them to your shopping cart. Once your order is complete, go to your cart and check it out. Fill in the checkout details, select the payment method and then press the “Accept subscription” button. Prices are in Euros and contain 24% VAT.

Product availability information can be found in our product information. If there is a mistake in the data and the product is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and correct the order as you wish (replacement or cancellation). All our products are only available in a limited amount.
