Creamy garlic shrimp sauce

This creamy garlic shrimp sauce with nduja and sun-dried tomatoes creates an unforgettable restaurant-quality meal straight to your home!

Recipe

1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp of sundried tomatoes
2 tbsp of tomato puree
1 tbsp of nduja
1 can of coconut milk
400g of king prawns
basil
salt
pepper

Instructions

Pour olive oil into a pan and heat over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the chopped garlic, onion and nduja. Let them cook for a couple of minutes and then add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, and tomato paste. When the peppers are slightly softened, you can add the coconut milk. Simmer for 15-20 minutes and add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add the prawns and chopped basil and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
