Cherry sour

2 oz of lemon juice
4 oz of cherry syrup
2 oz of raspberry pine vodka
1 egg white
ice

Instructions:

Start by making cherry simple syrup by adding equal amounts of sugar, water and cherries. Simmer for a while until the cherries have softened and the mixture has turned dark red. When it is ready, let it cool and then pour it through a sieve. You should be left with a smooth cherry syrup that is perfect for cocktails and desserts alike! In a cocktail shaker, mix all the ingredients except the ice. After mixing for a while, you can add the ice and mix again. Pour through a cocktail strainer into a glass of your choice.

We used La Rochelle Cocteau glasses for this cocktail

Tip: You can store the cherry simple syrup in the fridge for up to 10 days
