This bright and refreshing amaretto sour cocktail is the perfect celebratory drink. It’s unique, delicious and requires only 4 ingredients!

Recipe

for 1 cocktail

5 cl amaretto liqueur
25 cl lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
ice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until the egg whites are completely mixed.

Pour into a glass through a strainer over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Tip: Use a citrus juicer to get all the juice out of the lemons.
