Instructions: Clean
the machine with a dry cloth or kitchen towlet. Do not use water. Attach the
machine to a sturdy surface with the table fastener tool you’ll find inside the
packaging.

Place the lever in
the opening on the side of the pasta maker.

Set the feet of the
machine in the most open position (0 or 1). The lock of the adjustment releases
when you pull the knob.

Feed the dough
through the tracks while turning the lever.

Adjust the tracks
one step smaller as you make a round with the lever. Repeat as long as you
reach the desired thickness.

Place the lever in
the add on and position of the cut you want.

Psst. If the dough
is too soft or sticky, use plenty of flour!

Dry the pasta on the rack.

Clean the pasta maker always after use with a brush or a cloth.
Do not use water. Do not put in dish washer.
