With this silicone mold, you can easily make sweet toes to decorate your cake. Four toes are made of one mold: larger and smaller pair of feet.
The size of finished ornaments is: 4 cm and 5 cm.
Press the marzipan or sugar paste firmly into the mold. Leave the surface up to the mold. Remove the excess piece with a knife or a marzipan tool. Remove the mold gently by folding the edges of the mold, and undo the decoration. If necessary, put the mold briefly into the freezer before removing it.
With a mold with very small details, it is best to use a mass with 50% marzipan and 50% sugar mass. Before pressing the mass to the mold, add a very small amount of powdered sugar to the surface of the mass to make it easier to remove the feet.
You can also make chocolate decorations in the mold: put the melted chocolate into the mold and put it in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Temperate chocolate if you do not use ornaments on the same day.
