The mills come with a knob on the top which allows you to adjust the
roughness by rotating it. The tighter the knob is, the finer the grain, and
vice versa. Do not tighten the knob too much to avoid damaging the machinery.
We recommend keeping the knob open for at least one full turn.

Clean with a dry or damp cloth. The mill is not water
proof, so it shouldn’t be made wet nor put under water. The mill can be used for
other purposes than just grinding pepper, for example dried herbs. Do not use
the mill on top of a steaming pot, as the humidity might get inside the mill.
