Cook beautiful round 14 cm blinis, pancakes or fried eggs with this red matte enameled cast iron pan.
The matte enamel protects the cast iron surface from rust. The pan is suitable for all stoves, also induction. However, cast iron expands when it heats so remember to use only mean temperatures with cast iron products. The pan might crack if heated too fast.
Hand wash. Season every now and then with oil that can endure extremely high temperatures (for example coconut oil). Heat the pan to high temperatures, spread the oil on the pan, let cool and clean with kitchen towel paper.
