Avocado dressing

If you want to switch up your salad dressing game, this avocado dressing might be the one for you!

Avocado dressing is loaded with nutrient fats and has a beautiful color that really catches the eye!

Try it with salads or any warm dish – it really works with almost anything! Last time I combined the dressing with cauliflowers, lentils, and slices of red pepper!

Avocado dressing recipe

What you’ll need:
1 avocado
3 tbsp Oatly Creme Fraiche
4 cm piece of green chili
1 garlic clove
1 juiced lime
1 tbsp honey
4-5 tbsp high-quality olive oil
1-2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
fresh coriander or 1 tsp of ground coriander
dash of black pepper

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend away.
Don’t add all the lime juice right away so it won’t cover all the other yummy flavors.
Taste and add spices if needed. Is the mix too thick? Add some water. Too sweet? Add lemon or lime. Too sour? Add honey.

Pour the dressing into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
The recipe is enough for 2 people for 2 days, depends on how much you use it though. I don’t like to make a larger batch because I want the dressing to be fresh!

Abbracci,
Cristina
